Mark is an estate and trust litigation attorney at Guardian Probate Law Group, Tennessee branch. With over 20 years of civil litigation and trial experience, he brings a practical, strategic approach to complex legal disputes. 

At our firm, Mark focuses on contested probate, estate, trust, and fiduciary cases, knowing that these disputes often come at emotionally difficult times for families and approaching each case with thoughtful advocacy and sensitivity toward those involved. 

Prior to joining GPLG, Mark gained extensive experience in government and private practice. As senior government counsel, he handled complex civil and administrative disputes, including matters involving negligence, fraud, and other legal violations. This work strengthened his ability to sort through complicated facts, identify the key issues, and work toward practical solutions.

In private practice, Mark represented clients in civil litigation, including contested probate and family law matters, and handled cases through settlement or trial. Clients value his ability to bring clarity to complicated disputes, explain difficult legal issues in understandable terms, and stay focused on practical solutions that protect their interests.

Mark earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis, where he served as Executive Editor of the Tennessee Journal of Practice & Procedure. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Mercer University and has completed Rule 31 Civil Mediation Training.
